 Welcome to Train The Trainer UK
Based in the West Midlands we are an Independent Training Organisation providing In-House Instructor Training throughout the UK and overseas. Three years ago we held a In-House instructor course in the Seychelles at the Indian Ocean Tuna Company, later this year we will be holding another In-House Instructor course in the Seychelles for Seychelle Breweries Ltd (Diageo).
Research has found that the most cost effective and efficient method of delivering training is to utilise experienced individuals within the work environment who can train and coach others in the correct and safe operational procedures implemented within their company. Our Train The Trainer courses are designed to provide potential In-House Instructors with the opportunity to learn the key skills and techniques practised by professional trainers in the design and delivery of training.
The HSE (Health & Safety at work Act 1974 section 2 Employers Duties) requires the provision of Information, Instruction,Training and Supervision as is necessary to ensure so far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of his employees.
Our In-House Instructor training courses enable these duties to be complied with, cost effectively and without the need for repetative expensive specialised training contractors.
